Cancellation Policy
At That Sugar Spot, we value your time and ours. When an appointment is cancelled the same day, it leaves a gap that often cannot be filled, resulting in a loss for the business. SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS require FULL payment of the scheduled service. This policy is in place because your reservation could have been booked by another client, which causes a major financial set-back for the business. We DO NOT require a CC on file. Our business operates on an honor system, and we trust our clients to respect our time and policies. Full payment must be made in the form of Zelle to 305-467-6170 registered name STUDIO L LLC. Rescheduling will NOT be permitted until the full payment is received. While we are empathetic to unexpected situations, the only exception for waiving this policy is in the unfortunate event of a loved one's passing. Please refrain from calling to request a fee waiver for any other reason. We do sugar clients who are on their menstrual cycle. You are welcome to keep your appointment while you are cycling, as long as your wear a tampon, menstrual disk, or menstrual cup. Menstrual pads are not accepted for intimate sugaring services.
