Cancellation Policy

At That Sugar Spot, we ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the FULL service fee will apply. This policy mirrors our No Call No Show and Same Day Cancellation Policies, as all three have the same financial impact on the business. When an appointment is canceled with short notice, it leaves little to no time to fill that spot, resulting in a direct loss for the business and an inconvenience for other clients who may have wanted the appointment. We DO NOT require a card on file. That Sugar Spot operates on an honor system, and we trust our clients to honor our time and policies. FULL payment must be sent via Zelle to 305-467-6170 registered at STUDIO LLC. NO rescheduling will be allowed until payment is received. We understand that life happens, but please know that the only exception to this policy and all others is in the event of a loved one's passing. We kindly ask that you do not call to request a waiver for any other reason. Thank You for understanding and for your continued support.
